Software simply does not work. I demand a refund.
Editor's Note:
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your PC repaired, although I'm not sure what "simply does not work" means (whether you were able to run it at the very least?) Please contact easyre@neosmart.net for support or a refund.
Was sceptical but no more!

Has a dreaded non boot error on windows 7... a bit cynical that this wouldn't work but after downloading the program and creating a proper boot usb.... bing! After three minutes all good. I've read some reviews saying this is a scam etc but they are so wrong... I have a feeling this is people not creating the boot usb correctly...I simply followed the directions. The only thing that was not working after getting back in was the sound drivers but they were simple to reinstall. Sceptic no more!!!
I don't believe this......but!!!!

I have 2 LGA1366 motherboards, neither would recognize any drive of any type. I spent a week trying every so called solution offered,no luck at all.An hour ago I stumbled across reference to you and your software in a forum and thought why not give this a try. Created a usb drive plugged it in and....BAM!!!!! 2 Motherboards working perfectly within 15 minutes!!! Whatever voodoo magic you use I will never understand, but it is GOLD and i thank you for your efforts.Would recommend to anyone in my position, save yourself the frustration and get this software, best $20 you'll ever spend.
I'm so happy!

Just when I thought all hope was lost I came across this program in one of many threads online!
My computer had all my artwork I created for the past six years and I was absolutely devastated when upon booting my computer up one day I was met with a booting error code :0xc000014c blue screen. I refused to run the risk of downloading windows again and losing all my data. I'm so grateful for the program and the affordable pricing as someone who lives paycheck to paycheck.
For anyone who buys program as recovery disc download and panics for a sec, They also have a usb creator program for free but consider donating!
You guys are life savers! I can't thank you enough for the gift you given me to be able to see and recover my life's work.
Worked like a charm

So, I'm usually good with tech but updated BIOS and then couldn't get in to Win10 "inaccessible boot" errors. Tried all the forums and suggestions, messed with settings in BIOS until I was dizzy, bcdedit, diskpart, chkdsk, tried Windows own repair in troubleshooting, the lot. I could have reinstalled but really, NO!! Family were looking at me like I needed to stop now as it was becoming an obsession, so saw this advertised. Downloaded, ran their easy usb creator lite and went for it. First time it said fixed, but didn't work, ran it again, this time when I clicked reboot it waited a bit and then went to a black screen with white text then rebooted. Pulled the USB at this point and watched as my beloved pc came back from the grave. Best £15 I've spent in a while, thanks people xx

Doesn't do what they advertise

I bought this to backup files on a laptop that a neighbor forgot the password to. Clicking on the Browse/Backup Files only allows you to Browse the files. IF you connect either a USB thumb drive OR an external HDD via USB the boot-up sequence sees the drives but it does not show up in the file browser.
Editor's Note:
Hello King, unfortunately you cannot back up files to the same USB stick you are booting EasyRE from. Please use a second USB or external disk.
Nope

Ran it 4 times. Still not working. Blue screen of death every time. Damn windows update screwed me again. Oh well I have lost money on stuff that hasn't worked before
Editor's Note:
Hi D, it doesn't sound like you're booting from the CD/USB if you're still seeing a BSOD instead of the repair utility when you restart.

Bad Windows Update
Posted by K-Tech on October 21, 2019
I had multiple Windows 7 computers caught in a startup loop caused by Microsoft Patch Tuesday, created a DVD from easy recovery essential iso booted from it ran automatic repair and it found and removed the corrupt update and repaired startup, this took about 20 min and saved me hours
Fixed 1234F mbr boot error!
Posted by PVi1 on October 13, 2019
Hats off gentlemen! After Windows7 update on 10.10.2019 deleted all partitions from SSD on my wife's notebook, I had used testdisk.exe from cgsecurity to rescan and recreate them, but I was stucked on 1234F mbr boot error. Having no installation media (thanks @Acer) I had no chance to run stuff like bootrec, fixboot, etc. I have tried several windows recovery images but always ended on dialog stating I have to use other version of recovery media due to incompatibility with installed version of Windows. So after 90minutes of wasting my time I went ahead and bought EASYRE for Windows 7 for approx 20usd. Then downloaded tools from EASYRE for deploying iso images and booted it from usb! The only minor glitch was that touchpad did not work, but few TABS and enters was enough to start Automatic fix. I had crossed my fingers and read the output of autofix. It had detected problems with windows updates, fixed autoboot, unmarked flags on partitions and finished successfully.
Editor's Note:
I'm really happy EasyRE worked for you! If you let us know the model number of your Acer laptop, we can have the engineering and QA teams try to make sure the touchpad issue is resolved in a future release.
Didn't Work

I followed all the tutorials they sent me, and I also contacted the support team, and the laptop didn't boot — what a waste of time and money.
Not free

Found multiple sources reporting this program as free however it clearly is not.
Worth every cent

Having spent several hours attempting to make my PC reboot - including hard drive swaps and following pages and pages of suggested automatic and manual fixes using windows recovery tools ..... I finally gave in and stumped up the $40 for EasyRE. RESULT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Up and running again in 30 minutes. Well worth the $40 as every hour spent PC fixing is an hour less time doing fee paying work.
Only one GRIPE. When you've stumped up $40 for software, neosmart trying to extract an extra $10 for the iso to USB tool leaves a nast taste in the mouth. They got 1$ extra off me and not a cent more. Come on guys, be fair, just bundle it in with the rest of the software.
Editor's Note:
Nick - the USB tool is a free download. The $10 purchase is only when making Windows setup USBs, not EasyRE recovery USBs which are included in the free version! Please shoot us an email for a refund of those $10!
